The issues impacting the broadband checker and ordering processes has been resolved. We apologise for the disruption this has caused.

Today, an issue has arisen with the BT Wholesale certificate utilised by our API. This has affected both the broadband availability checker and the order placement process.
Unfortunately, BT Wholesale has not been able to re-issue the certificate within a reasonable timeframe. Despite escalating the matter to level 3, a resolution is unlikely before tomorrow morning at the earliest.
We apologise for the disruption this may cause.
