The issues with the CIX mail platform were fully resolved yesterday evening. Email should be working as expected now. We apologies for the disruption.

Apologies for the delay in restoration. Owing the volume of data, this is taking longer than anticipated. We are now aiming for resolution by 16:00. Sorry for the disruption this may be causing.

There has been an issue with the hardware supporting @cix.co.uk addresses. We are in the process of having to recover from backup and the current ETA for restoration is around 12 noon today. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
