Virgin Media confirmed they replaced a faulty transmission card to restore all services.

We are seeing affected circuits back. We will continue to monitor. Once we have details from Virgin as to the issue in-hand we will share this.

Virgin engineers are on-site and actively working on the fault. This is affecting multiple ISP and circuits.

We are aware of an issue affecting 2 of our Virgin NNI at LD8 for leased line delivery affecting around 100 circuits. We have been in touch with Virgin who are aware of an issue affecting one of their 100Gb NNI. We will share further details once received. We apologise for the disruption this will cause.
